The first USA Steak Buffet restaurant opened in the heart of beef country, Norfolk, Nebraska, in 1996. Today there are many USA Steak Buffet restaurants operating  in the Midwest and in the East with plans to continue our growth.

USA Steak Buffet was born out of a desire to serve the public the best quality “All You Can Eat” Steak and Buffet value possible.
