Franchising Information

We have developed and own a family style restaurant system under the name “USA Steak Buffet”. We offer high quality service, steaks, chicken and other food of distinctive style and flavor. There are currently eleven USA Steak Buffet restaurants operating in the Midwest and Eastern United States. We expect to grow rapidly through franchising. 

Buying - - - a franchise is not a simple process. We have to be compatible with each other. You have to be assured that we are capable of supporting our franchisees. We have to be sure that our franchisees are qualified, financially and otherwise, to operate our type of business. We will only continue to be successful if our franchisees are successful. Therefore, there is a precise qualifying and learning process where our franchisees will have the benefit of our experience and guidance.  

Getting Started - - - If you are operating an existing restaurant, remodeling your facility along with some changes in equipment, food products, signage and uniforms to name a few, is all that it takes to become a USA Steak Buffet. Of course, attendance at our training program is also a must. 

Otherwise - - - finding a location for your restaurant is top priority. Once you find a location, plans must be drawn up and approved by our construction department and an estimate of the project cost must be obtained. After all costs are obtained, financing must be approved and a lease signed before construction can begin.
